Terence M.

“My partner and I first came to NHFC to start IVF, knowing it would be a difficult journey. Thankfully, Dr. Zhang and Dr. Zeitoun didn’t rush us into treatment. Instead, they took the time to go through early testing like bloodwork and semen analysis and actually encouraged us to keep trying naturally. We’re so glad we listened, because we were able to naturally conceive our baby boy. Throughout that time, they were incredibly kind, empathetic, and supportive of our concerns.”

Mrs. G.

“My husband and I are extremely happy with the care we’re receiving… Dr. Zeitoun is amazing, thorough, and compassionate… The nurses have been kind and informative. Every person’s journey is different and in this highly sensitive environment it is critical to have compassionate competent, communicative, and skilled healthcare team. New Hope truly has set the bar for exceptional care. Well Done!!”

Delia N.

” I found NHFC by scrolling on Facebook and I decided to go out of state and try it one more time… The day of the transfer I had many doubts, but the Doctor John Zhang took his time to explain to me and answer all my concerns. I’m now 9 weeks and the baby is growing healthy. Thank you NHFC and the team for making this possible for me and my fiancé.”

J C

“Dr. Zhang is compassionate, thorough, and clear in explaining each step. The lab team is outstanding. They are quick to respond, patient with any questions, and always take the time to explain results in a way that’s easy to understand. Their communication helped me feel less overwhelmed and gave me confidence that I was in the best hands possible. I would highly recommend New Hope and Dr. Zhang to anyone considering IVF.”

Megan J.

“I froze my eggs at NHFC using the mini stimulation protocol. I feel so lucky that I stumbled upon it and didn’t end up being overstimulated at another clinic. I’m extremely sensitive to hormones and was worried about my mental and physical health, but the whole process was far smoother than I anticipated. I could tell I was in excellent hands with Dr. Zhang, felt like the protocol was actually designed for my individual constitution, and ultimately was thrilled with my egg freezing result.”

Elena S.

“I had an amazing experience at New Hope Fertility. I opted for having retrievals while fully awake and with little to no hormonal medication via a process called ultra mini IVF…  Dr. Zhang, the strategist behind my retrievals managed the process as a true expert would. The nurses and technicians were kind and available for me all the time. I recommend this practice for all women, especially those 40 and above who are going through egg retrievals and freezing.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about working with a fertility specialist? Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our doctors and the fertility treatment process.

A fertility doctor is typically a reproductive endocrinologist (REI). These physicians are board-certified OB/GYNs who complete additional fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, allowing them to diagnose and treat infertility and complex reproductive conditions.

All reproductive endocrinologists are OB/GYNs, but not all OB/GYNs are fertility specialists. While OB/GYNs provide general reproductive and gynecologic care, REIs complete additional fellowship training focused on infertility, hormonal disorders, and advanced treatments such as IVF.

You may consider seeing a fertility specialist if you are under 35 and have not conceived after 12 months of trying, over 35 and have not conceived after 6 months, have irregular or absent periods, known reproductive conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, a history of pregnancy loss, or are interested in fertility preservation.

Your first fertility consultation includes a detailed review of your medical history, a discussion of your goals, and recommendations for appropriate diagnostic testing. Your doctor will explain potential next steps and outline a personalized approach based on your individual situation.
